How do I order and pay?

Hello and welcome to our web-store. You can purchase items directly from our website, hosted by Shopify.

Once you have selected the item you wish to purchase, click 'Add to Cart.' You then have a choice to either continue shopping and keep adding more items to your cart or proceed straight to checkout. 

The checkout process is fairly easy to use and importantly secure. At checkout, you will be informed about the shipping cost immediately upon entering your delivery address. You can then select your preferred mode of payment and proceed to pay. You will not be charged until you have accepted the shipping quote, and wish to proceed with your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

We make every effort to ensure that you receive the right order as quickly as possible once an order has been placed. As such, we unfortunately are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. To avoid any mishap, please do ensure that you are indeed selecting the item you are keen on purchasing.

Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us at hello@foolishowlstudios.com for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Foolish Owl works with reputable third party shipping companies to ship worldwide.

Who is delivering my package?

We work with established and reputable third party shipping companies who are able to deliver your package to you anywhere in the world. 

If you check your tracking email, it will have the logo of the company responsible for delivering your package to you. The tracking number provided would enable you to check exact location of your package on its delivery route. If you require further delivery updates, you would be able to contact the shipping company directly.

How do you determine shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over US$100.

For orders under US$100, shipping costs are calculated by the volumetric weight of the item you are purchasing, as well as the specific delivery location.

Are the artworks insured for shipment?

For peace of mind, Foolish Owl organises shipment insurance via the internationally recognised couriers we work with. Any damages or defects will need to be reported to Foolish Owl within 24hours of receiving the shipment along with photos and/or video as evidence of damage.

In the event of loss or damage please contact hello@foolishowlstudios.com and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that the more expensive an artwork, the higher insurance fees, which in turn will account for higher shipping costs.

 How do you handle duties and taxes?

For all domestic and international deliveries, any relevant duties and taxes will be charged upon delivery of the items. This cost will be borne by the you, the customer. Please also refer to the Tax and Duties section of the Customer Care page for additional information.

 When will my artwork be delivered?

All products ship within 7-14 business days depending on country location. When your item has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number provided by the shipping company so that you can track the status of your shipment.

 What is the return policy for items?

 All sales are final. We unfortunately, do not offer a refund or exchange products. Therefore, if you are unsure of any details on the product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us on hello@foolishowlstudios.com before making a purchase.
