PROCESSING ORDERS

Processing time for all orders will be between 3 to 5 business days* from receipt of payment. 

*All orders placed after 12 p.m. WITA, will be processed the next business day.

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. 

All retail prices quoted on this website exclude shipping costs, taxes and duties. Foolish Owl provides free worldwide shipping for orders over US$100. 

The shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at your destination country. See below for details under the 'Taxes and duties' section.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost is determined by the volumetric weight of the item purchased, as well as the delivery location. Foolish Owl provides free worldwide shipping for orders over US$100.

We work with reputable 3rd party shipping companies who would be able to deliver your package to you wherever you are in the world. 

DOMESTIC

 

We deliver within Bali and Indonesia. Shipping is free for orders over US$100

You would be responsible for local taxes where required in Indonesia.

INTERNATIONAL

For all international deliveries, shipping is free for orders over US$100. You would be responsible for any local taxes and relevant tariffs, duties including VAT associated with your order. By placing an order, you agree that you will be responsible for the payment for all such charges, as applicable.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Foolish Owl organises shipment insurance via the couriers that we work with. Any damages or defects will need to be reported to Foolish Owl within 24 hours of receiving the shipment along with photos as evidence of damage. In the event of loss or damage please contact us at hello@foolishowlstudios.com and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All countries have different rules regarding taxes, duties and customs regulations. Our shipping cost does not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at your destination country. These costs tend to be different for every country and are beyond Foolish Owl's control. DELIVERY

All delivery timings will be shared via email once shipping details are finalised along with tracking details. The timings would be indicative of when you can expect the delivery of the product(s).
